General
- Program interface is easy to navigate because it has the same look, feel and functionality as other Windows-type applications you're familiar with.
- Includes extensive in-program Help, technical guidelines, plus
easy-to-learn Swing Analysis construction and presentation tutorials.
- For convenience, many operations can be performed by simply "dragging-and-dropping" elements where you want.
- Saves your "work in progress." Current swing analysis construction and application settings are stored in memory. This allows you to exit the program and later pick up where you left off.
- Organize program windows with the "Align" buttons in the toolbar and on some windows themselves. Click these special buttons to neatly place
Player and other windows side-by-side, right or left.
- One-button voice record and audio playback of instruction and general comments using your
computer microphone and sound card. No files to load or save.
- Individual swing pictures can be saved as bitmap image (.bmp) files to
hard drive, floppy discs and other mediums, attached to e-mail or used in other applications.

Video Work
- Consists of Video Screen and
Control windows which can be positioned as desired. Control's Rewind, Play,
Pause, Frame(s) Back, Frame(s) Forward buttons are used to cue
swing video to "Key Positions."
- Adjust cueing process by clicking Frame Back/Forward -1, -5, +1 and +5
frames-per-click buttons.
- Professional version holds the swings digitized and
converted to high-speed video with the Video Capture Tool. Any of the 10 videos can be instantly accessed
and analyzed by clicking one of the numbered buttons in Video Control.
- Standard version users choose which swing video to
analyze by selecting from the main menu: File, Open, Video (Work)...
locating and loading the .AVI video file. Professional
users can load high-speed videos.
- Selecting "...to Analysis" from Video Control's capture menu and clicking the Capture button copies the current video frame to the Analysis Work Screen. This still image corresponds to the Key Position selected in the Analysis Work Control.
- Capture also extracts data relating to swing timing and
automatically enters it in the appropriate places in the Analysis Work
Control and Timing Tools.
- Capturing displays the video frame number in the
numerical readout in the Analysis Work Control and Timing
Tools.
- Standard version: Selecting "Quick Video" from Video Control's capture menu and clicking the Capture button copies 2 seconds of video from the Video Work to the Graphics Work Tool. This video will be the background for superimposed graphics.
- Professional version allows selecting any of 3 "Quick Videos" from Video Control's capture menu. Clicking the Capture button copies up to 3 seconds of video from the Video Work to the Graphics Work Tool. This video will be the background for superimposed graphics.
- Selecting "...to Graphics" from Video Control's capture menu and clicking the Capture button copies the current video frame to the Graphics Work window. This image will be the background for superimposed graphics.
- Video Control's Numerical Readout: Frame #, displays number of frames from start of video.
- Video Control's Numerical Readout: Seconds, displays elapsed time (hundredths of second) from start of video.

Analysis Work
- Consists of Analysis Screen and
Control windows which can be positioned as desired.
- The Analysis and Video Work Tools are used together to capture still images
and extract data from the video.
- You can also bring-in swing pictures from other sources, including
previously-made swing analysis or individual .bmp image files. Just "drag
and drop" the picture on the Analysis Screen.
- The Analysis Screen contains the 12 Key Position swing pictures and the
pre-built graphics used to construct a side or rear swing analysis.

- The Analysis Control's drop-down menu lets you select one of the 8 Analysis
Sections to view and construct.
- Each Analysis Section contains pre-made graphics exclusively for that section
and these elements can easily be moved where desired over the swing's Key
Position pictures.

- Analysis sections which use the Address Position's graphics as a reference throughout
the swing are easy to setup. Superimposed items placed over Key Position #1
stay in the exact places over all 12 swing positions.
- The program keeps all swing pictures and remembers graphics placements until they are
changed either by "dropping" a new picture on the Screen
or by repositioning a graphic element.
- The program constantly saves changes as you work.
- Upon exiting the program, all swing pictures and graphics positions in the
Analysis Work area are
automatically saved.
- When you restart the program, you can continue analysis work where you left
off because data from the previous session was retained.
- You can permanently save an entire swing analysis, each section, or individual
pictures to a new or existing swing analysis folder at any time.
- The Analysis Control's Capture button takes a snapshot of the Analysis
Screen's image and displays it in the Control's "mini-rep" window. You
can drag this miniature-representative picture to any other screen or save it as
a .bmp file.
- Numerical Readout: Swing Position Number, shows currently selected Key

Graphics Work
- Consists of the Graphics Screen and the
Graphics Control windows which can be positioned as desired.
- The Graphics and Video Work Tools are used together to capture still images and
Quick Video from the swing video.
- Professional version's Video Capture Tool captures up to 4 Quick Videos directly
into the Graphics Work Tool.
- Bring-in swing pictures from other sources, including previously-made swing analysis or individual .bmp image files. Just "drag and drop" the picture on the Graphics Screen.
- Standard version: Select Graphics Control's Quick Video check box to view two seconds of swing video captured from the Video Work tool.
- Professional version: Click any of 4 Quick Video buttons to view
up to 3 seconds of swing video captured from the Video Work tool or via Direct Capture.
- Standard version: Play Quick Video forward or reverse in slow motion.
- Professional version: Play 60 FPS Quick Video in slow motion or at full speed (actual frame rate depends on computer system).
- Standard version: Change to one of 5 speeds on-the-fly.
- Professional version: Change to one of 21 speeds on-the-fly.
- Standard version: Use mouse or keyboard to decrease and increase play from 0 (Paused) to 15 Frames-Per-Second.
- Professional version: Use mouse or keyboard to decrease and increase play from 0 (Paused) to 60 FPS.
- Current Speed is shown in "fps" readout display.
- Position Slider lets you quickly locate and view a specific video frame.

1 Quick Angle Measuring Element (Professional version)
- Position each element by mouse-clicking and moving it where you want.
- Super-Lines are stretchable lines which can be placed at any angle by clicking
the line's end points and dragging them where you'd like.
- Change each element's color to Black, Blue, Green, Red, White or Yellow by
right-clicking on the item and selecting from a pop-up menu.
- Change individual characteristics at any time.
- To highlight or emphasize certain points, import one of the 56 extra elements
from the program's Graphics folder.
- To have special graphics appear on all swing analysis pictures bring the Basic
Key Position images into Graphics Work.
- Select the ID button in the Graphics Toolbar to imprint an 8 number/letter
identification in the lower-left corner.
- Import a special graphic. For example, pick a "Flagstick," in the color you want, from the extra graphics
provided. Position it to indicate the target.
- Select one of the built-in "Super-Lines" and position it from the target through
the ball to show the target line.
- Add a company logo, school insignia or some other custom graphic.
- Use the Flip button to horizontally-reverse the swing picture, turning lefties
into right-handers and vice-versa.
- You can draw "freehand-style" over the swing picture.
- Select one of 6 colors (Black, Blue, Green, Red, White or Yellow).
- Choose one of 5 line drawing widths (Normal, Very Thin, Thin, Thick and Very
Thick).
- Change settings while you draw by right-clicking the screen and
selecting from the pop-up menu.
- Choose erase from the menu to remove the drawing.
- Freehand drawing can be combined with the pre-built, extra and custom
graphics.
- The Control Capture button takes a "snapshot" of the swing picture and
superimposed graphics.
- The captured picture appears in the Control's small (mini-rep) window. You can
drag the picture from there to any screen, "cut and paste" it
or save it as a .bmp file. You can also drag it back into the Graphics Screen
and continue layering graphics. (If you've added special graphics to Basic Key Position images you can drag them
back to the Analysis Work Screen.)
- An unlimited number of superimposed graphics can be achieved by capturing
the composite image, adding other layered elements and repeating the
process.
- Control Clear button removes the background picture from the Graphics Screen.
- Professional version: Control Clear button removes the currently
selected Quick Video.
- Professional version: Quick Comment, red circle button, starts audio recording up to 30 seconds of comments to be associated with
the currently selected Quick Video.
- Professional version: Quick Comment, green square button, starts playing any recorded comments associated with
the currently selected Quick Video.

Timing Tool
- Automatically acquires data from the Video and Analysis Work tools and
computes timing information throughout the swing.
- Select Set Timing, Summary or Graph tabs to see comprehensive numerical and
graphical timing information.
- Data is automatically displayed in the Tempo Section of Analysis Work and can
quickly be saved or exported.

Measuring Tool
- Calculates angles, distances and ball-launch angle and speed.
- Professional also lets you quickly determine the speed of the
clubhead or other item traveling between two points
- Measuring Screen contains pre-built angle, distance measuring lines and readout displays.
- Simply "drag" the swing picture you want to measure from a screen, mini-rep window or other source and "drop" it on the Measuring Screen.
- Swing picture is an independent element which can be changed at any time.
- Calculate 5 types of angles: any point, horizontal from right, horizontal from left, vertical from top and vertical from bottom.
- Calculate as many as 6 angles at one time.
- Calculate an unlimited number of angles and distances by capturing and returning swing pictures to the Measuring Screen.
- Angle and distance measuring lines (A & B) utilize Golf Swing Analysis System's Super-Lines feature and can be placed at any angle by clicking line end-points and dragging them where you'd like.
- Angle (C & D) line end-points can be placed anywhere, however, the horizontal line will retain its horizontal orientation.
- Angle (E & F) line end-points can be placed anywhere, however, the vertical line will always keep its vertical orientation.
- When you move a line end-point, the angle is automatically calculated and the degree readout display for that element is updated.
- Angle-measuring elements are labeled and color-coded for easy identification.
- You can change each element's color to Black, Blue, Green, Red, White or Yellow.
- Hide the element's Label in order to more precisely position the angle measuring point.
- Change individual characteristics at any time.
- Drag-and-drop degree readout displays between the angle measuring lines, or position them anywhere on the screen.
- When elements are positioned where you'd like, clicking Measuring Control's Capture button creates a composite image of the background swing picture and overlaid lines and readouts.

- Measuring Tool's Distance section lets you measure any two distances at once.
- Distance-measuring line elements are color-coded for easy identification.
- Set readout's to calculate and display measurements in Inches, Feet or Yards.

- Drag-and-drop readout displays on top of the measuring lines, or position them anywhere on the screen.

Picture Holder
- Conveniently stores up to 12 (entire set of
Key Positions) pictures which you can access quickly and use in the process of
doing graphics or other work.
- Simply drag a picture from any source into one of
the placeholders. To use a picture, click one of the miniature-representative
images and drag to any screen which accepts pictures.
- You can arrange the
"mini-rep" images within the Picture Holder by dragging from one
placeholder to another. The pictures are
retained, even if you hide the Picture Holder, until you exit the program.

Picture Player
- Key Position Picture Player is the primary swing analysis window and is used to
save and load all materials associated with a full swing analysis.
- Instantly play the video, audio commentary or read data associated with the swing.
- Quickly switch to another analysis section via the drop-down menu.
- With a button-click, go directly to any of the 12 Key Position swing
pictures.
- With a button-click, move sequentially through the swing positions.

- Player can save, hold and play any of 5 Quick Videos with simple

Video Player
(7/Vista and XP versions perform slightly different.)
- When selected from the Key Position Picture Player, Video Player automatically
opens and starts showing the video associated with the swing analysis.
- Video Player can be opened independently allowing you to choose any swing
video file you wish to play.
- Video starts playing automatically.
- Video repeats continually, until stopped.
- Select one of 10 Speeds and Pause using the convenient Speed Slider for exceptional video play control.
- Make on-the-fly speed changes using the mouse or keyboard.
- Click the video screen to pause.
- Click the video screen again to continue.
- Click along the Seek Bar "time line" and hold down mouse button to go to a point in the swing and pause
the video.
- Release the mouse button to continue play from that point.
- Click again to immediately return to that point.
- Click Position Indicator in the Seek Bar and move mouse right and left to
manually take swing video ahead and back.
- Click Forward Button to go forward 1 video frame.
- Click Back Button to go back 1 video frame.
- Hold down SloMo Forward button to manually control playing video at slow
speed.
- Hold down SloMo Reverse button to manually control playing video in
