To use Golf Swing Analysis System Professional to its full potential, a miniDV (tape) format camcorder, connected by FireWire (IEEE1394) to the computer is required. (An analog type camcorder/capture device can also be used.) The application can then DIRECTLY capture live or pre-recorded video right into the program and will automatically double the frame rate. The normal video rate is up-converted from 30 to 60 Frames-Per-Second allowing you to do a high quality analysis. All data computations and procedures are based on this 60 FPS rate.

Hard Drive, Flash Memory and other type cameras do not have FireWire. Their video files need to be transferred to the computer by USB or another method, converted to standard (interlaced) AVI files in another application, and then they can be imported into GSAS Pro. (Many camera models do not record "interlaced" video, their files can not be imported.)

Program is licensed for use on a single personal, business or institutional computer or work station. Authorized User is allowed to install program on their own desktop, as well as, laptop computer. To use program on additional computers requires a payment and separate Installation DVD-ROM, for each computer.

The Golf Swing Analysis System Profesional software can not be resold or included as part of any hardware-software package.
